Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Life Sciences.
• 10+ years’ experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO industries.
• Advanced SAS programming skills (SAS/BASE, SAS/Macro, SAS/SQL) and plotting procedures.
• Deep CDISC (SDTM, ADaM, define.xml) knowledge and implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience managing people.
• Proven ability to solve problems independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Statistical Programming function and establish programming strategy.
• Determine resource needs and manage budgets for the function.
• Oversee internal programming activities, including CSRs, DSURs, IBs.
• Develop AI strategy in programming and promote quality standards.
• Mentor direct reports and contractors; drive efficiency and standards.
• Collaborate with statisticians, clinicians, and study teams on priorities.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality analyses for decisions, publications, and submissions.
