Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD with 8+ years pharma clinical development (or MS with 10+ years) in biotech/pharma.
• Experience publishing research findings or industry insights preferred.
• Excellent understanding of clinical development and advanced statistics concepts.
• Oncology experience required; solid tumor domain experience is a plus.
• Proven leadership and strong interpersonal/communication and project management skills.
• Ability to represent the organization in cross-company activities or regulatory interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as statistical domain leader for solid tumor clinical development plans and studies.
• Provide advanced statistical contributions to protocols, SAPs, CSRs, and regulatory documents.
• Plan, monitor and manage multiple complex projects, timelines and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leadership.
• Represent statistics in regulatory meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
