The role leads multiple teams through Software Development Managers, establishes engineering best practices, and ensures scalable, high-quality software delivery while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership in software development.
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices.
• Experience leading multiple teams and leaders (Managers/Leads).
• Track record delivering large-scale software initiatives.
