Job summary

Populus Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a software leadership professional to design, modify, and implement software for ACE Self Service platforms. This role includes overseeing testing, training, and production support across installed applications.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in the field, leadership experience, and strong analytical and communication skills to drive delivery and maintain system performance in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or better in MIS.
• 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Leads the team that designs, modifies, writes and implements software for ACE Self Service platforms.
• Provides training and production support for installed applications.
• Develops and directs software testing procedures, programming, and documentation.
• Coordinates installation, software distributions and upgrades to ACE retail centers.
• Provides production support to field operations concerning maintenance of software.
