The Director will ensure adherence to accreditation standards, supervise staff, and partner with families and community agencies to meet residents' needs and maintain a compassionate facility culture.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree and either a LSW or MSW from an approved school of Social Work.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience.
• Demonstrated ability to assess resident needs, develop, and implement a plan of care and coordinate the discharge planning process.
• Must possess knowledge of accreditation standard and compliance requirements.
• Must be a member in good standing in the National Association of Social Workers.

We’re Seeking a Qualified Director of Social Services

We are searching for a Director of Social Services to join our community that is resident and family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. The primary purpose of your job position is to be responsible for providing services to respond to the emotional needs of the residents and their families. You will also assist with resident admissions and the referral process.
