Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission Inc seeks a Director of Small Business Development to lead the agency’s efforts in strengthening economic self-sufficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6–8 years progressive experience.
• 5+ years in two of: small-business TA, workforce development, grants, program mgmt.
• Experience coordinating services for low-income individuals and strong outcomes.
• Knowledge of MOUs, subrecipient monitoring, reporting, and procurement standards.
• Proficiency with client/case management systems and Excel/Sheets.

Responsabilités

• Manage geo-coded inventory of small businesses across eight counties.
• Build and manage a recruitment pipeline with Aviatra.
• Develop community relationships with officials, networks and lenders.
• Coordinate entrepreneurship advising and readiness with Aviatra.
• Oversee Individual Advancement Plans and 12-month retention goals.
• Track outcomes and prepare funder reports; support audits and SOPs.
