Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a leader to guide SIU analytics, fraud detection, and program integrity initiatives across data assets, dashboards, and predictive monitoring. You will mentor teams, partner with enterprise stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and drive value realization through modernization of analytics capabilities.

You will lead analytics strategy, develop shared dashboards, and support enterprise data governance to strengthen anti-fraud detection and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Advanced analytics, predictive monitoring, data visualization and fraud detection experience.
• Experience leading analytics teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Healthcare analytics, SIU or program integrity exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIU analytics strategy and development of proactive anti-fraud detection programs.
• Mentor and manage analytics staff; hire, coach, and allocate resources.
• Develop analytics capabilities using large healthcare datasets to generate insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement dashboards, reporting, and predictive monitoring.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
