Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Law degree preferred.
• 10+ years IT management experience with healthcare knowledge.
• 3–5 years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Security Governance, Risk and Compliance program.
• Collaborate with IT Security Leader on risk management culture.
• Lead IT Security Steering Committee and governance procedures.
• Provide directives for projects with IT components.
• Develop and execute security training and awareness programs.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and strengthen controls.
• Investigate security incidents and implement remediation.
• Advise senior management on security matters and policies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements; update policies.
