With extensive meeting and event space, a strong mix of corporate, association, SMERF, and social business, and an ideal location in Chicago's North Shore market, this role offers the opportunity to shape the hotel's commercial success while working alongside an experienced leadership team.
Lead Total Hotel Revenue: Develop and execute strategies to maximize group, corporate negotiated, catering, and transient revenue while driving occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share.
Own the Sales Strategy: Identify new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing corporate, association, healthcare, education, sports, and social accounts.
Drive Conference & Catering Business: Maximize the hotel's extensive meeting and event facilities by growing corporate meetings, conventions, weddings, galas, and local catering opportunities.
Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, coach, and develop a motivated sales team focused on accountability, customer relationships, and revenue results.
Partner with Revenue Management: Collaborate on pricing, inventory management, and demand strategies to optimize overall hotel performance.
Develop Key Relationships: Build lasting partnerships with clients, third-party planners, local organizations, and community leaders throughout the Chicagoland market.
Forecast & Analyze Performance: Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and sales reporting while identifying opportunities for continued revenue growth.
Represent the Hilton Brand: Ensure all sales initiatives reflect Hilton brand standards while delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
