Our client is a mid‑sized, privately‑held farming & agricultural organization with a large network of operations across the Midwest. They're an industry leader in their space and they're looking for someone who can help elevate the strategic vision for their safety department.

The Director of Safety will be responsible for overseeing the safety function for the business while also developing & implementing strategic safety programs, leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions, and instilling a strong safety culture across the organization.
