Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the entire product safety function for autonomous robotic systems.
• Define and implement the safety strategy and roadmap for all Field AI products.
• Develop and maintain scalable safety processes, standards, and metrics.
• Act as the executive‑level authority on product safety.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and engineering on product development.
• Ensure robots meet safety, deployability, and trust requirements.
