Job summary

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a Respiratory Therapy Services Director to lead all clinical and operational aspects of respiratory care within the facility.

You will oversee staffing, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary collaboration while ensuring adherence to PDPM/OBRA guidelines and reimbursement goals. A strong focus on documentation and staff development is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Qualified respiratory therapist with RRT or CRT certification.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills are required.
• Knowledge of PDPM and OBRA regulatory requirements a plus.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and healthcare IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee respiratory therapy services operations and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Review financial performance and optimize revenue and productivity.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Develop, implement and update policies and procedures for therapy services.
• Provide staff training, onboarding, and performance feedback.
