Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in events or activities planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule events for all groups within the resort, including private events.
• Coordinate and manage all preparations for events: food, beverages, volunteers, entertainers and ticket handling.
• Arrange for sponsors to fund events and book vendors for seminars or programs.
• Oversee monthly newsletters: gather content, prepare layouts, finalize drafts, and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain open communications with resort management, guests and vendors and present a professional image at all times.
