Qualifications

• Master's degree with five years job-related experience.
• Bachelor's in health science or nursing with 3-5 years of research expertise, may be substituted for advanced degree.
• Experience in clinical trial research preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative and clinical research operations across Baptist Health System.
• Oversee budgets, human resources, regulatory compliance and standardization of operations.
• Support investigator engagement and drive program growth and financial performance.

Education

Master's degree in health science or related field, 5 years of experience

Bachelor's in health science or nursing, 3-5 years of research experience

CCRP, ACRP-CP, CCRC, CHRC or other approved research certification
