Qualifications

• Master's degree in evaluation, social sciences, public policy, education, statistics, or museum studies.
• 8–10+ years of progressively responsible experience leading research or evaluation studies.
• 5–7+ years of progressive leadership experience leading and developing teams.
• Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Experience leading mixed-method evaluations and translating research strategy into systems.
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and refine the research and evaluation strategy and guide its execution to support organizational mission and priorities.
• Oversee research administration, compliance, and data integrity.
• Identify emerging questions and evidence gaps, translating them into research initiatives.
• Develop multi-year research agendas supporting access, participation, and audience engagement.
• Develop standards for impact frameworks, KPIs, and methodological rigor.
• Build relationships with evaluators, academic institutions, and research partners.
