Job summary

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced, hard-working Director of Rehabilitation / Director of Rehab / DOR to join their growing team! This is a direct hire / 'perm' position. This is a direct hire / 'perm'position.Days schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must have previous DOR experience.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist/ OT, Physical Therapist/ PT, Speech Language Pathologist/ SLP, Occupational Therapy Assistant/ COTA or Physical Therapy Assistant/PTAor proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an OT, PT, SLP, COTA or PTA.
• Current CPR certification.

Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Provide skilled therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
