- Salary range: PT - $45.00 - $52.00, PTA & Cota - $38.00 - $45.00
- Can hire PT, PTA or COTA
- 40 hours
- M-F
- No weekend rotation
- Medium sized SNF with a mixed caseload of both short term and long term care
