Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (PT, PTA, SLP, OT, or COTA) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in East Moline, IL. New grads/new to DOR candidates are encouraged to apply, with a mentorship program offered.

• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active license in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure.
