Responsibilities

• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the unique needs of our patients.
• Supervise and support a team of rehabilitation professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists.
• Conduct patient assessments to identify rehabilitation needs and develop individualized plans of care.
• Foster collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers.
• Monitor and improve rehabilitation program outcomes, including patient satisfaction and discharge outcomes.
