Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Administration, Healthcare Administration, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex healthcare programs.
• Strong budgeting, resource allocation, and operational management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other related disciplines.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards relevant to rehabilitation services.
• Recruit, train, and supervise rehabilitation staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
• Monitor program performance through data analysis and quality improvement initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans.
• Manage budgets, resources, and equipment procurement to support rehabilitation services effectively.
• Serve as a liaison with external agencies, insurance providers, and community organizations to promote rehabilitation programs.
