Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the rehabilitation program across our community-based settings. You will oversee clinical quality, documentation, billing, and patient relations while shaping service delivery and growth opportunities.

The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a dedicated leadership role and the backing of a national organization that supports ongoing clinical education, mentorship, and inter-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current license in the state of practice (PT/PTA/OT/SLP).
• Minimum 1 year as treating therapist or therapy assistant; 3 years preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience.
• CDA credentialed or eligible within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality and service excellence for rehab program.
• Ensure client and company expectations are met.
• Plan, implement, document, and monitor services and billing.
• Identify growth opportunities across the CCRC and evaluate staff performance.
