Job summary

Eastern Montana Veteran's Home in Glendive, MT, is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team in a busy long-term care and short-term rehab setting. You will oversee PT, OT, ST, PTA, and COTA services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role offers a sign-on bonus of $12,000 and a supportive, team-driven environment in a region famed for outdoor recreation and natural beauty.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred
