Job summary

OneTeam Healthcare in California is seeking a therapy department leader to guide a team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and therapy assistants, with the autonomy to shape clinical outcomes.

You will oversee scheduling, caseloads, and operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active license as PT, OT, OTA, or SLP.
• 2+ years of clinical experience (SNF or rehab preferred).
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and documentation requirements.
