Qualifications

• Must hold a professional license in PT, OT, or SLP.
• Leadership experience in long-term care rehab preferred.
• Strong documentation and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rehabilitation program for the facility or locations.
• Coordinate staffing levels and patient care to meet clinical and operational needs.
• Provide ongoing communication to patients, clients, and team members.
• Deliver direct patient care in your licensed discipline (PT/OT/SLP).
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid and other regulations.
• Evaluate and counsel team members while maintaining documentation standards.
• Oversee productivity to meet clinical benchmarks and company expectations.
• Support marketing and facility performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in hiring, training and staff development.
• Review billing and reconcile data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain rehab space and equipment and ensure proper use.
• Foster team unity through compassionate leadership and communication.
• Monitor revenue and expenses and drive operational success via planning.
• Support new staff orientation and professional development.
• Ensure programs meet facility procedures and standards.

• Is a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist (required).

• Has previous leadership experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting (preferred).

• Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.

• Is familiar with Medicare, Medicaid, and alternative payment model guidelines.
