Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare - West is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our in-house therapy team in Texas. This senior role oversees the rehab program across facilities, ensures compliant operations, and drives high-quality patient care in PT, OT, or SLP.

You will manage staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics while partnering with leadership to advance resident outcomes and program efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position with a strong focus on team development.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP required.
• Leadership experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and alternative payment model guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rehabilitation program for the facility or locations.
• Coordinate staffing and patient care to meet clinical and operational needs.
• Provide ongoing communication to patients, clients, and team members.
• Deliver direct patient care in your licensed discipline (PT, OT, or SLP).
• Monitor compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulations.
• Evaluate and counsel team members; maintain documentation standards.
• Oversee productivity to meet clinical benchmarks and company expectations.
• Support marketing and facility performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in hiring, training, and development of therapy staff.
• Review billing and reconcile data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure rehab space and equipment are maintained and utilized.
• Foster team unity through compassionate leadership and communication.
• Monitor revenue and expenses; drive operational success.

• Is a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist (required).
• Has previous leadership experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting (preferred).
