Job summary

HiredFirst seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to manage the in-house therapy department in a SNF setting in Maryland. This role requires licensing and leadership to drive clinical excellence and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise PT/OT/PTA/COTA staff, ensure Medicare/Medicaid/state regulations compliance, monitor performance, and partner with facility leadership on quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active California PT or SLP license.
• SNF experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
