Job summary

HiredFirst seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the in-house therapy department in a SNF setting. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive clinical excellence through collaboration with PT, OT, PTA, and COTA teams.

You will partner with facility leadership on quality initiatives and census management, monitor staffing and productivity, and champion patient-centered care that delivers positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred, but strong clinicians without prior DOR experience will be considered.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Small facility owned assisted living (personal Care facility), outstanding reputation in the area, attractive facility.
