The Director of Rehabilitation is a full-time, on-site role based in Dearborn, MI, responsible for leading and overseeing all rehabilitation services within Allegria Village. This role manages physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for residents across outpatient and inpatient settings. Daily responsibilities include supervising rehab staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care plans, monitoring clinical outcomes, and supporting smooth transitions between levels of care such as short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care. The Director will develop and implement policies, optimize scheduling and workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. This position collaborates closely with physicians, nursing, and wellness teams to support whole-person wellness and enhance residents’ functional independence and quality of life.
