Aventura at Carriage Inn in Dayton, OH is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) for PTA or COTA to lead a dynamic therapy team on-site. The role emphasizes strong leadership, clinical excellence, and departmental efficiency within a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates will hold PTA or COTA licensure, possess management experience, and be proficient with Net Health and PCC for scheduling and outcomes tracking.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or COTA in good standing.
• Management or leadership experience preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Management or leadership experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with Net Health and Point Click Care (PCC) required
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• A proactive, positive attitude and a team-first mindset
