HealthPro Heritage in Monroe, LA is seeking a Director of Rehab who will supervise therapy staff, balance clinical duties with leadership responsibilities, and foster a collaborative care culture across nursing facilities and clinics.

Open to Physical Therapist Assistants and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, the role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from about 8 AM to 4 PM, with a compensation range of $70,720 to $76,960 plus Rehab Director bonus opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of clinical rehabilitation experience
• Valid state licensure as PT/OT/SLP or license eligible
• Supervisory or management experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage and supervise clinical therapy staff, including hiring and performance appraisals
• Maintain clinical caseload and ensure high-quality therapy services per regulatory standards
• Develop strategies to expand therapy programs and lead marketing with hospitals and physicians
• Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists to ensure adequate coverage
• Investigate and resolve patient, staff, or service-related issues and provide ongoing staff education
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations and ensure a safe care environment
