Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Director of Rehab (Full-Time) to lead our SNF/Long-Term Care rehab program. This role oversees the entire rehab team, ensures compliance, and partners with facility leadership to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist in the state of practice (PT/OT/PTA/COTA/SLP).
• Minimum 2+ years leadership experience in a rehab setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance.
• Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all rehab team members across disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by regional/management.
• Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care.
