Renewal Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab to lead our SNF and long-term care rehab services. The role emphasizes supervision of the rehab team, development of clinical programs, and ensuring high-quality care across disciplines.

• Oversee timely documentation completion and chart audits.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals.

What You’ll Do:
