Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a Director of Rehab / Management (Full-Time) to lead our SNF and long‑term care rehab program in Illinois. Compensation $55,000.00 - $90,000.00/year. Must be a licensed PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP to apply.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance.
• Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support all rehab team members across disciplines.
• Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
• Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by regional/management.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards.
• Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
• Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals.
