PowerBack Rehabilitation seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a multidisciplinary team of physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapists. You will oversee all rehab services across the facility and provide direct patient care when needed, while mentoring clinicians and shaping programs to improve patient outcomes.

You will build a culture of collaboration and excellence, supporting staff development, and ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse settings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline required; Master's preferred
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in state of practice
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and problem solve
• Must have thorough knowledge of all state practice acts
• Must possess the ability to interact positively with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
• Must possess the ability to effectively manage/motivate staff

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

• As a Director of Rehabilitation, you are leading a team of compassionate clinicians who help patients get well. You and your team are bringing power back to the patients you serve. In doing this, you will oversee all rehab services in your facility, support your team by providing direct patient care, and ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master's degree preferred

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
