Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Director of Real World Evidence (RWE) who will lead RWE development and execution for the assigned therapeutic area, coordinating with CMR, Market Access, and adjacent functions. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with external experts, and expertise in real-world data applications to support clinical and business decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years of experience leading RWE development.
• At least 8-10 years in key stakeholder engagement roles.
• Experience in RWE methodologies and advanced analytics.
• Strong publication/presentation record in peer-reviewed venues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with real-world data expertise.
• 8+ years experience in research using real world data for clinical/business decisions.

Responsibilities

• RWE study leadership within therapeutic area and across CMR/USO.
• Lead and manage execution of RWE studies with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
• Utilize NN Real World Data platform and analytic tools.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships for RWD utility in USO.
• Communicate RWE to internal stakeholders and to scientific community via publications/conferences.
• Provide leadership in RWE methods and act as reviewer for protocols.
