Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a senior leader to translate the North America FSQ transformation into coordinated site execution across six pillars. You will direct Quality, Laboratories, and Sanitation leaders to deploy targeted programs, using governance structures to align with global and regional priorities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated problem-solving capability using quality and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups to deploy quality programs.
• Understanding regulatory requirements (USDA, FDA, CFIA as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Translate quality system strategy into site-level execution plans and capital projects.
• Direct Quality, Laboratories, and Sanitation leaders to deploy QA programs.
• Coordinate with Global Quality Council to operationalize policy at local level.
• Drive FSQ transformation plan across pillars with clear ownership and visibility.
• Define performance, governance, and accountable interventions for sustainable improvement.
