Job summary

Lex Innovation seeks a Director of Quality and Regulatory Compliance in Shelton, CT to lead quality programs across three U.S. facilities.

You will own the QMS, oversee regulatory audits, and manage the site quality teams, including ITAR compliance and MIL-STD requirements. reporting to the VP of Operations, you will drive continuous improvement, supplier quality, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance for power distribution assemblies and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Progressive experience in quality management across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, ITAR and MIL-STD compliance across sites.
• Oversee audits, CAPA, and documentation control within the QMS.
• Manage multi-site quality organization and ITAR compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to drive quality ownership.
