Job summary

Ironside Human Resources in Pendleton, Oregon, seeks a full-time, permanent Director of Quality and Risk to lead our quality, safety, and regulatory programs. You will develop and implement Performance Improvement plans, oversee incident management, ensure compliance with CoP and Joint Commission standards, and integrate quality across policies and operations.

The ideal candidate has a nursing or healthcare-related degree, relevant certifications, and at least five years of leadership in quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare-related field required.
• Certification in Quality, Risk Management, or Patient Safety preferred or obtained within 18 months.
• At least five years of experience in quality, risk or safety program management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate Performance Improvement plans.
• Supervise safety culture and event management system; investigate and resolve complaints and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, Medicare CoP regulations and Joint Commission standards.
• Integrate quality, safety, and regulatory compliance into policies and practices affecting operations and strategic plan.

The Director of Quality and Risk Job Opportunity:

• Great leadership and administration team!
  
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating the Performance Improvement plan; supervising the Corporation's culture of safety and event management system; assuring timely investigation and resolution of complaints and grievances; managing organizational compliance with all state, federal, Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoP) regulations, and The Joint Commission standards; integrating quality, safety, and regulatory compliance into the policies, procedures, and practices that affect the organization's operations and strategic business plan initiatives.
  

The Director of Quality and Risk Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare-related field required.
