Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking an experienced Quality & Evaluation Director to lead QA, CQI, audit readiness, and compliance across multiple programs. You will work with program leadership to strengthen processes, improve data integrity, and drive measurable improvements in service delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years in quality improvement, and experience guiding audits. You will supervise staff, analyze data, and develop training and reporting frameworks to ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent directly related experience may be considered.
• 4–6 years of experience in quality assurance/quality improvement, preferably in nonprofit or social service environments.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of CQI methodologies and practical quality improvement applications.
• Experience preparing for and participating in funder or regulatory audits/site visits.
• Strong reporting, data analysis, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with databases, SharePoint, or complex tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead agency-wide QA and CQI initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure ongoing audit readiness.
• Oversee corrective action plans and monitor timely completion.
• Lead quality improvement meetings, track action items, and drive accountability.
• Support program directors with annual work plans, KPIs, and measurable objectives.
• Conduct program chart reviews and prepare detailed findings and recommendations.
• Analyze client satisfaction data and use findings to support quality improvement.
• Develop and deliver staff training on quality practices, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain quality-related databases, tracking systems, SharePoint sites, and reporting schedules.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for management & leadership.
• Identify operational risks and recommend solutions to improve program performance.
