Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director, QA Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to lead testing across all software projects. You will plan, execute, and optimize QA efforts, develop automation solutions, and collaborate with engineering to integrate testing within CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in QA or software engineering, with hands-on experience in automation tools and platforms. On-site with partial telecommuting allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Three years of experience in the position offered or three years as a Software Engineer, Associate, or related occupation.
• Three years of experience with QA/test automation tools and practices, including the listed technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute across all software testing phases.
• Develop test automation solutions for software applications across different platforms.
• Participate in technical discussions with engineering teams to understand application architecture.
• Integrate test automation scripts with DevOps tools to achieve CI, Testing and Delivery.
• Perform problem solving to remove hurdles for QA members to perform effectively and efficiently.
• Resolve defects and ensure timely closure.
