Responsibilities

• Lead public relations efforts to shape and protect NC State's reputation statewide and nationally.
• Develop strategic communications plans and materials, including key messages, scripts and website content.
• Partner on issues management and crisis communication with campus leadership and external media.
• Collaborate with cross‑campus teams to ensure consistent outreach across media, social, marketing and creative groups.
• Serve as a communications consultant to leadership, faculty and staff.
