Job Summary

The Director of Project Services is responsible for leading, scaling, and continuously enhancing Clark National Accounts' Project Services business. This role provides strategic leadership for a high-performing team of Solutions Executives, Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and team leaders responsible for supporting new openings, remodels, refresh programs, equipment initiatives, installation coordination, and project-related service offerings across a portfolio national brands in the restaurant and retail, commercial, and non-commercial verticals.

Project Services is a key driver of revenue, customer retention, and operational excellence for CNA. The Director is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Project Services business model while developing scalable processes, innovative service offerings, and operational capabilities that support the rapid growth of the organization. This leader balances customer-first decision making with sound business judgment to drive both top-line growth and long-term profitability.

The ideal candidate is an industry disruptor who challenges conventional approaches, embraces relentless and iterative innovation, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience while strengthening business performance. This individual serves as an organizational strategist and bridge-builder, partnering across departments to align priorities, resolve competing interests, and drive solutions that benefit customers, employees, and the business as a whole.

The Director of Project Services serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, customers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders regarding project strategy, new location development initiatives, operational scalability, and industry best practices. Success in this role requires the ability to balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day business needs in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.

The Director of Project Services embraces the challenge and opportunity of scaling a high-growth business. This leader is energized by transforming successful operations into industry-leading platforms capable of supporting exponential growth. They will develop and execute strategies that position Project Services to scale alongside CNA's growth trajectory, focusing on three critical pillars of scale: increasing market exposure, creating efficient and repeatable processes, and developing exceptional talent. Success in this role requires balancing innovation, operational discipline, and people development to support the evolution of the business from a $100M operation to a $1B organization.
