Job summary

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is seeking a Supervisory Program Manager Director of Resources and Operation for AIR TEST AND EVALUATION SQUADRON TWO ZERO of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF. You will lead strategic planning, set technical/financial direction, and manage civilian personnel within the squadron.

The role includes supervising recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions, as well as supporting program studies and responding to data calls

Responsibilities

• Make strategic planning decisions affecting squadron operations and provide continuity and a forward-looking vision for squadron work.
• Establish and be responsible for the technical, administrative, and financial management of the squadron.
• Oversee recruiting, selection, training, evaluation, awarding, and disciplining of subordinate civil service employees.
• Support special studies, initiatives, and responses to programs and data calls.
• Assess the technical progress of programs.
