Job summary

DCI Marketing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Leader to drive the department that outsources manufacturing of fixtures and printed materials.

You will oversee estimating, supplier selection, quality assurance, and on-time delivery, while managing budgets for a range of projects. You will lead cross-functional teams across sales, design, project management, installation, logistics, and client relations, ensuring targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or manufacturing.
  • 10+ years of related experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Experience with retail fixtures and point-of-purchase displays is preferred.
  • Excellent communicator across multi-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead department to drive success on projects, coordinating with sales, design, project management, installation, logistics and client relations.
  • Manage supplier base to ensure competitive pricing and on-time delivery.
  • Responsible for total cost, quality, warranty, and on-time delivery of all production projects.
  • Estimate costs for fixtures and components, including development costs, tooling, overhead, supplier costs, margins, packaging, quantities.
  • Prepare final quotes to meet timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assure timely project deliverables.
  • Train and develop team members; mentor and lead staff.
  • Directly manage the Manager of Graphic Production and Director of Global Supply Chain.
  • Provide project support as needed; develop and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
