Google Cloud seeks a Director of Product Management for Spanner to scale the PM organization and establish customer-centric strategy for this flagship database. You will drive a unified roadmap across relational, graph, key-value, and search capabilities and partner with engineering, sales, and partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Math, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in product management leadership delivering vision and roadmaps, packaging and pricing, and GTM execution.
• Experience in the enterprise market and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic outlook and collaborate with customers, partners, field, and engineering to define a coherent product roadmap.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, build, and support database products across a portfolio; make prioritization and pricing decisions.
• Build a thought leadership narrative with customers and industry leaders about databases and data strategy.
• Define GTM strategies and manage programs with regional and global sales leadership.
• Drive market awareness and shape opportunities across industry-focused segments.
