Gen Digital is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) across licensing infrastructure, identity backend services, and a next-generation customer portal. You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape the platform supporting Norton, Avast, LifeLock, AVG, Avira, and CCleaner at global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including ≥4 years in a senior product leadership role.
• Deep domain expertise in software licensing platforms, identity/authentication systems, or B2C customer portal products.
• Experience defining and delivering API-driven platform products in partnership with engineering, with entitlements, identity protocols, and portal infrastructure.
• Strong command of product metrics, experimentation frameworks, and data-informed roadmap prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for executive audiences.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Experience in consumer software, cybersecurity, SaaS, or digital subscription businesses is highly desirable.
• Experience across a multi-brand product portfolio with shared platform infrastructure is a plus.
• Exposure to AI-driven personalization or recommendation engines is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define a multi-year product vision and roadmap for the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP).
• Lead, mentor, and grow a global product management team.
• Own the roadmap for licensing and entitlement infrastructure, APIs, and lifecycle management.
• Drive the identity backend roadmap with authentication and account management.
• Lead the strategy for the next-generation customer portal for millions of subscribers.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Finance, and Revenue to align with GTM and pricing.
• Serve as CEP product lead for eCommerce, payments, billing, and accounts.
• Drive AI and data-driven experimentation to accelerate delivery and product intelligence.
• Lead talent management, recruitment, and organizational development globally.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Security on privacy, GDPR, and regulations.
• Represent product in executive forums on monetization and platform modernization.
