Endor Labs in Palo Alto is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead end-to-end design for security and developer-focused SaaS products.

You will own core user journeys, collaborate with engineering and product, and shape a clean visual language while guiding a small design team and partnering with the Head of Design.

• We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Director of Product Design to join our startup, building products at the intersection of cyber-security and software development to disrupt the large Application Security market
• Own the design of core user journeys across the product, from initial flows to polished UI
• Collaborate with engineering and product to implement new features and refine existing ones
• Bring clarity to complex user experiences as our product elves and scales
• Create and maintain a clean, modern visual language inspired
• Work closely with our Head of Design to articulate and evolve Endor design principles
• Ensuring that users know what to do without needing to be told

The ideal candidate will have full-stack experience spanning user research, interaction design, and visual design. • Strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual polish and UX depthSelf-starter: You can take ownership of an area and deliver beyond expectations
• Proven ability to operate autonomously
• Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints
• Take pride in your craft: You set a high bar for yourself and those around you; you’re meticulous about the details without losing sight of the big picture
• Passion for building products that are intuitive, beautiful and a joy to use
• 4-8+ years experience as a Product Designer in a similar role
