You will coach Product Managers, partner with engineering and design, and champion customer-centric decision making while aligning with workforce readiness and credentialing markets. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery in a global education technology context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years product management experience, including leadership of multiple product teams.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers and developing product talent.
• Proven experience defining product strategy and delivering measurable results.
• Experience partnering with engineering and design in an empowered product model.
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to define and evolve product vision, strategy, and priorities.
• Translate objectives into coherent product initiatives and roadmaps.
• Drive portfolio-level prioritization based on customer value and impact.
• Coach and develop Product Managers.
• Establish strong product discovery practices.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data.
• Monitor portfolio health with metrics.
