Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive procurement experience
• 7+ years in strategic sourcing and team leadership
• Proven track record in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts
• Strong background in spend analysis and financial modeling
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Privacy, AI, Security, and Finance teams
• Experience creating auditable tracking systems for contract renewals and obligations
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and deadlines in fast-paced environments

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Procurement (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations across the organization, ensuring purchasing decisions align with budget, risk, and business needs. You will partner closely with Legal, Privacy, AI, Security, and Finance to strengthen commercial discipline and support scalable ways of working. The position also calls for building efficient systems and processes that improve vendor management, contract oversight, and adoption across the company.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
