Job summary

Ingham ISD seeks a Director of Preschool Instruction to coordinate PreK for All and MTSS initiatives across local districts and ISD programs in Mason, MI. You will supervise designated staff, provide technical assistance, and drive quality services for preschoolers and families.

The role requires a Master’s degree with relevant certification, state administrator credentials or enrollment plans, and several years in early childhood leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in special education and/or early child development or related field.
• Michigan Administrator Certification or enrollment in a program leading to certification within six months of employment.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in early childhood programs and services; supervision experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GSRP guidelines, MTSS, and Michigan Standards of Quality Birth to Kindergarten.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to staff in Ingham ISD early childhood programs and services.
• Provide technical assistance to local districts and ISD programs to monitor and improve preschool services.
• Collaborate with local districts, ISD and community staff to plan and implement Early Childhood MTSS from birth to third grade.
